The combination of a suspended ceiling, dry lining and floating floor construction (ceiling+wall+floor) creates what are known as room-in-room systems, also referred to as box-in-box. This form of sound decoupling is particularly suitable for areas with very sensitive requirements, such as laboratories or libraries.
