We have created the Getzner trainee programme for all those who have completed their technical or business management studies and now want to find out exactly which areas of the business will be right for them in the long term.

The process

Over 18 exciting months, you will become familiar with the different areas of the business – and in doing so will also discover your own personal strengths and interests. You will remain in the various business divisions for different lengths of time, depending on your prior knowledge and preferences. For us, it is all about finding the ideal place for you. We want you to be able to develop your potential fully.

After completing the trainee programme, you will have the opportunity to take up a demanding role with Getzner.

Your profile

Completed technical or business management studies (secondary technical school, technical college, university)
Good technical understanding
High level of commitment and willingness to learn
Very good English skills (a second foreign language is an advantage)
Communicative and flexible personality
