Getzner awarded the accolade of “Excellent apprenticeship"

On Monday 18th November 2019, Getzner was awarded the accolade of “excellent apprenticeship” firm for the 7th time. CEO Jürgen Rainalter, Head of Human Resources Bernd Laengle and Apprenticeship Officers Reinhard Gantner, Erika Wäger and Michael Hämmerle accepted the certification in context of the award event in Goetzis AMBACH. The award from the Vorarlberg State Government and the Economic and Labour Chamber is bestowed every three years.

Getzner attaches great importance to apprenticeships – they are a long-standing tradition at the company. Currently, 14 apprentices are being trained as skilled laboratory technicians, metal technicians, industrial management assistants and IT technicians at Getzner. Some of them complete their training on a rotational basis, whereby they become familiar with all of the company's fields of work. All apprentices have the opportunity to remain at Getzner when their apprenticeship comes to an end and continue their development at the international company.
