Getzner presents two new Isotop® products
With the newly developed Isotop® products, the SE-DE Mini and DZE Mini, Getzner is providing effective vibration isolation for small loads. Compact devices and mobile applications can now be easily and effectively supported with the structure-borne noise reduced to a minimum.
The Isotop® DZE Mini – a compact pressure-tension element
The structurally strong stainless steel element is primarily used as vibration protection for compressors, small pumps, compact air-conditioning units and mobile applications. The damping materials Sylodyn® and Sylodamp® even make it doubly effective: with its spring and damper combination, it has a high load capacity whether under compression or tension. This means that the Isotop® DZE Mini effectively isolates structure-borne noise – even at high amplitudes, up to a resonance frequency of approx. 11 Hz and for loads of up to 260 kg per element.
The combination possibilities of the different materials allow the element to be optimally tailored to the weight and frequency of the isolated device according to the loads and disturbing frequency. The Isotop® DZE Mini is easy to install and impresses with its low natural frequency and low overall height.
The Isotop® SE-DE Mini – compact, double elastic vibration protection
This versatile new bearing element is especially well-suited to applications requiring a high level of structure-borne noise insulation (up to 1000 kg per element) in very little space. The element comprises of an anti-slip steel plate, an intermediate mass and two separate isolating layers that form a double elastic bearing. The effectiveness of the Isotop SE-DE Mini element is calculated on an individual basis, which is why the Isotop® SE-DE Mini can effectively isolate structure-borne noise over the long-term.
The long-lasting, corrosion resistant compact element can be fitted quickly, is economical and can reliably absorb even high dynamic load peaks. Furthermore, the natural frequency of an Isotop® SE-DE Mini can be calculated to a high level of precision. It achieves a higher damping efficiency than a simple elastic bearing and is available in one standard size. There is also an optional footplate for attachment to the floor. All the steel parts are hot-galvanised.
