Getzner awarded "Excellent Apprenticeship" for the 8th time

Getzner Werkstoffe was awarded the "Excellent Apprenticeship” certificate by the Vorarlberg state government and the Chamber of Commerce and Labour. At the award ceremony on 27 June 2022, the award was accepted by apprenticeship representatives Reinhard Gantner and Erika Wäger.

The title "Excellent Apprenticeship" is valid for three years, after which a new certification must be applied for. The quality of the training is checked by an award committee, which takes a close look at the company on site.

Apprenticeship training has a high priority and a long tradition at Getzner. Currently, a total of 11 apprentices are being trained as specialists in the professions of laboratory technician, metal technician, process technician, industrial clerk and IT technician. Some of them complete their apprenticeship in a rotation system, through which they get to know the different work areas in the company. All apprentices have the chance to stay with Getzner after their apprenticeship and to develop further in the internationally active company.
