Getzner Werkstoffe receives the "Austria's Best Managed Companies" award for the second time

On 21 September 2022, the awards for "Austria's Best Managed Companies" were presented by the international consulting firm Deloitte and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien. Awards were given to companies whose work received the best ratings in four categories during workshops.

Getzner Werkstoffe, the expert for vibration protection and vibration insulation, was awarded for the second year in a row.
Christian Raich, Chief Financial Officer of Getzner Werkstoffe, accepted the award at a gala in Vienna.
"We are delighted to have received the "Austria's Best Managed Company" award. It shows that we are on the right track. Thanks are due here to all employees who face up to the challenging economic conditions and contribute to our success with great dedication," said Raich.

As part of the "Best Managed Companies" programme, the participating companies underwent a comprehensive "fitness check". The coaching process focused on four key areas: strategy, productivity and innovation, governance and finance, and culture and commitment. In addition, the focus was on topics such as ESG and cyber security. During workshops with the top management of the companies, the focus areas were analysed together with experts from Deloitte.
The findings from the coaching session, together with the very extensive application documents, were then evaluated by an independent jury and the winners selected.
The programme is already established in over 50 countries and draws on benchmarks from over 2,000 Best Managed Companies worldwide. After the successful start last year, it was held in Austria for the second time this year.
