针对水电站的有效隔振
默尔斯的 Steigs 水电站自 2014 年中期起投入生产,每年可以供给大约 3500 户家庭用电。 水电站地下建筑的建造工作是摆在其所有者面前的巨大挑战,因为水电站会产生震动,进而引发噪音传播。
挑战
- 满足两栋紧邻的独户住宅,或在旧址上规划的新住宅的不同需求。
- 所有建筑物都建筑在共同的岩石地基上,这有利于振动的传导。
Getzner 解决方案
为了使水电站以及紧邻的独户住宅免受振动影响,需要使用 Sylomer® 材料对整个基础板、地面和侧面进行板状弹性隔离。 这个过程中大约使用了 170 平方米不同类型厚度为 25 mm 的 Sylomer® 材料。
根据基座和发电机所产生的压力确定材料的种类。 压力管道范围内的最大允许基座位移对于材料的选择起决定性作用。
