提高中国大秦铁路运煤专线的轨道质量

总里程 653 km 的大同-秦皇岛铁路(简称“大秦铁路”)运煤专线是一条重要走廊,将煤炭从西部(山西省、陕西省和内蒙古自治区)运输到东部的河北省秦皇岛市(中国最大的煤炭出口港口城市)。提升轨道可用性,特别是重载铁路线的轨道可用性,多年来一直都是围绕轨道所开展的众多研发项目的目标。在有砟轨道系统中使用弹性聚氨酯部件可减少轨道维护,从而提高线路的可用性。
挑战
- 列车开行频率高(平均每天 100 至 130 列,每日总吨位高达 1.3 MGT)
- 交通繁忙导致部件受损、磨损加剧
- 超高载荷造成道砟毁坏

格士纳解决方案
为了缓解上部结构的退化,格士纳接洽中国几大重载铁路网络,安装其弹塑性轨枕垫并进行相应测试。其中即包括沿大秦运煤专线选定的两段铁路,太原铁路局于 2016 年在负载和空载方向的轨道上分别应用了聚氨酯轨枕垫。在大秦运煤专线安装 SLB 2210 G 型和 SLB 1510 G 型聚氨酯轨枕垫后,维护工作量得到显著减轻。这不仅可以大幅节省成本,还可提升轨道可用性。
