稳定高效的二次辐射噪声和振动防护能力
维也纳音乐协会金色大厅采用了全球一流的声学技术。2002 年,在距离该建筑仅四米远的地方开始修建一条地下隧道。为了避免干扰金色大厅游客的视听体验,地铁施工团队决定部署采用格士纳独立 Sylodyn® 支撑部件的弹簧质点系统 (MSS)。
挑战
- 防止地铁运行时对维也纳金色大厅产生噪声和振动辐射
- 每天每条轨道上运行的列车多达 250 辆
- 弹簧质点系统长期保持高效性能
- 提供强大支撑以防列车受损:除了垫板质量,长期运行时固定车辆负载也会对 Sylodyn® 轴承产生过大压力
- 全新的 V 型列车设计会在隧道中释放更多辐射
格士纳解决方案
在间隔两米远的位置放置高弹性独立 Sylodyn® 支撑部件,然后在上面铺设垫板。100 米质点弹簧系统的计划固有频率为 5.5 Hz,这是目前采用 MSS 弹性轴承所能实现的最低垂直固有频率。
