中国丰沙重载铁路的试验取得成功
针对超高载荷制定有效解决方案
上部结构的每个部件都承受着相当高的载荷,这些载荷会进一步导致磨损加剧,在重载运输线路上尤其如此。频繁执行维护检修作业往往难以避免。对于中国丰沙铁路这样的重要线路而言,因检修导致中断运行很快成为亟待解决的问题。格士纳为此制定相应的解决方案,旨在提高轨道可用性。
挑战
- 煤运、货运和客列车要求高可用性
- 上部结构缺乏弹性会导致轨枕及其他部件受损,也会造成道砟磨损加剧
- 在中国地区首次应用轨枕垫
- 限制现有隧道间隙,从而大幅降低道砟高度 (100 mm)
- 高载荷:每年 120 MGT
格士纳解决方案
在从露天轨道至隧道的过渡区域安装带有轨枕垫的轨枕,包括在隧道内铺设 200 条弹性轨枕,近隧道段铺设 100 条弹性轨枕。此外,对大约 60 条轨枕下方的道砟进行清理,其余则保留未清理状态。试验为期一年,其间上部结构的试验段承受约 1.2 亿吨载荷。
