大型机器运行期间会产生振动、噪音和颤动,对周围的生产和质量流程及周围人员和环境造成负面影响。 因此,Getzner 建议为设备和机器安装合适的聚氨酯材料隔振产品。 采用 Sylomer®、Sylodyn® 和 Isotop 材料制成的弹性支撑能够将振动和噪音降至合理范围内,从而营造出宁静的环境。
挑战
运行期间,机器会造成固定部件和机器组件振动。 由此产生次级声波或结构噪音,导致噪音和振动。

Sylomer®、Sylodyn® 或 Isotop 材料制成的弹性支撑是机器和设备隔音的理想解决方案:
- 源头隔离(主动式): 弹性夹层能够减弱机器产生的强动态力。 振动减弱,同时将振动源(如模压机、压缩机)与周边环境隔离开来。
- 接收方隔离(被动式): 弹性支撑结构能够保护机器和敏感组件免受未隔离设备的影响。 机器与周围环境(如测量装置、服务器等)隔绝开来。
